Our new platform features
In October, we have also launched some new features aimed to boost operational efficiency, here are a few of them :
– Automated Alarms linked to maintenance orders, streamlining response times. Read more detailed article here.
– AI-Powered Usage Anomaly Detection, increasing data reliability : The AI now directly detects usage anomalies of the meters (only for calculated data points), and the AI-suggested usage will automatically replace the original abnormal usage on the Equipment Data Point page, but you can still manually edit for correction. We have also improved the accuracy of the AI’s judgment to ensure that the suggested values provided by the AI are more precise.
– Operation Log for Site Managers, enabling quick tracking and response to on-site activities: Site managers now have the capability to monitor key operational activities, enabling them to track the sources of unusual issues and prevent problems on the Operation Log page.
