This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes AKILA’s privacy practices regarding the collection, use and worldwide transfer of personal information collected by AKILA in connection with its services (including information provided in contracts); information collected offline; through its websites; through software applications made available by AKILA or an approved third party for use on or through computers or mobile devices (the “Apps”) or its social media pages (collectively, its “Social Media Pages”), as well as through HTML-formatted email messages that AKILA sends to you that is linked to this Policy, whether or not there is a valid non-disclosure agreement.

AKILA operates “AKILA3d.com” and is an Integrated Facility Management company that performs amongst other things security services. By sharing your Personal Information with AKILA, you understand and agree how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, delete or other processes your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
Information Collection and Use
While engaging in business with AKILA, you may be required to provide AKILA with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify persons or companies. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name, company information, and scope of business, trade secrets, intellectual property and personnel information (“Personal Information”). We endeavor to keep your information for as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons.
AKILA may use this Personal Information for its business purposes, such as audits, internal communication regarding candidates and clients, determining the effectiveness of its promotional activities, administering its products and services, maintaining and securing its infrastructure, and for procurement and financial transactions.
Disclosure to Clients, Affiliates, Service Providers and others.
Disclosure to clients. In the course of business dealings, AKILA may disclose your Personal Information to clients or potential clients who wish to engage in business with AKILA. In the course of consulting services, AKILA may disclose assessments and other information to the client that has engaged AKILA and to designated client personnel. Assessment and other personal information collected by our consultants or provided by our client may be maintained in the AKILA database, to which AKILA employees, and certain personnel designated by AKILA, will have access to during the course of their work. In the course of our other services, we may provide Personal Information, including name, nationality, ID copy, CVs and other related information, to prospective clients that have engaged AKILA to fulfill certain requirements. AKILA may disclose to affiliates, subsidiaries and strategic alliance partners. AKILA may jointly use Personal Information with its affiliates and subsidiaries. AKILA is responsible for managing such jointly-used Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. From time to time AKILA may also disclose Personal Information to strategic alliance partners and to networks of independent consultants who provide services on behalf of AKILA for the purposes stated above.
Business transfers. AKILA reserves the right to disclose or transfer any and all personal information that it collects from visitors, or that it otherwise collects in connection with its services, to a third party in connection with a strategic alliance with such third party, or in the event of a sale of AKILA company or one of its affiliates, or a merger or consolidation involving AKILA or one of its affiliates, or a sale or transfer of assets or of any portion of its business or the business of one or more of its affiliates.
Log Data
AKILA will collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit its Site (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, and the pages of its site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
AKILA may key-code your Personal Information, meaning that such information is stripped of all information that may identify you (direct identifiers) and replaced by a key-code to minimize unwanted or unintended identification. Such key-coded information can be decoded by the use of the key so that it identifies you again. AKILA may use such information for the purposes described in the paragraph above and as permitted by applicable law. Any published end product will refer only to larger aggregations of individuals and will not identify you personally or include any results attributable to you.
Additionally, AKILA may aggregate (anonymize) or de-identify personal information in such a manner that the end product does not personally identify you or any other individual, for example, to generate norms by industry, geography, level, etc., enabling us to conduct ongoing validation studies, compile reports, and publish journal articles to further the knowledge base of organizational and leadership science. Such aggregate or information is not considered Personal Information for purposes of this Policy and AKILA may use it for any purpose. In addition, AKILA may use third-party services that collect, monitor and analyze this data.
Communications
AKILA may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may assist in expanding AKILA’s clientele or fulfilling its scope of work.

Right to request correction of your personal data. If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact us by email at helpdesk@akila3d.com to get it corrected. We will verify the accuracy of the new data.
Right to request the transfer of your personal data to you or a third party. We will provide to you or a third party (where technically feasible), your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data in the cases below: (a) you contest the accuracy of your personal data; (b) AKILA no longer needs your personal data for the purpose of the processing; (c) you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
Right to be forgotten enables you to request erasure to delete or remove your personal data in the cases below: (a) the data is no longer necessary for AKILA; (b) you request a withdrawal of consent; (c) your personal data has been processed unlawfully; (d) there is a legal obligation to erase your data.
Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you.
We may need to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any other rights). And exercising your rights aforementioned will not cost you. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
